Me as well Phetkasem Branch! I have booked M3 Sport 5D top. Techno Silver. At first they confirmed me that I will get the car by March 20th, On March 15th, I have called to check with sales person. She confirmed that I will get it definitely. So I sold my old car. After that they postponed me to March 30th and again to April 10th, with the new commitment that I will have it before Songkran. But until now, there is no news yet for my car.
Sales person never call to inform me. I always have to follow up by myself. But the worst is their Sales Manager; Khun Sitthiporn, he promised that he will call back, but he NEVER call back at all. I have to chase him all the time. I am extremely overwhelmed with frustration. I set up my deadline to end of this month. I decide to take Honda Accord instead.
Yes Khun Hang, I agreed with you, their sales process is very disappointed then what can you expect for their after service!
The car is good, but their operation system is suck !!!

I agree with you that the operation is suck. I'm also waiting for over 4 months. Therefore, I completely understand you feeling. Once, I wanted to change from MZ3 to something else. What I wanna tell you is if you buy Honda Accord for example, when you are driving and you see a MZ3 on a road, how do you feel. I think it will upset you all the time.

For myself, I booked it by the time they had grand opening event and I am still fine with the delay due to no decision on selling current car was made. However, I also have this service center for the dealer. The thing is they always kept putting the delivery off and could not guarantee when the car would come. Moreover, no contact or any kind of communition has been established by them for months. In my view, at least they need to give us a signal and reason of the delay. This will mean they are still concerned and care of their clients and want to keep the promise. So let's make up your minds if they do not care then.
