I have called to K.Chaiwat that advertised on Classified board about this one.
But he said he did't produce for our Astina coz they can't sell it actually.

Then I just want to know anybody already has this strut for our front hood?
I just don't have any idea else, please advise.

Or if we have enough quantity to get him re-design for our 323F. And I think Lantis should be the same.

He said he has to design it, seems like not easy to get one.
Then if we want them to take some(like 10 sets), it sound better for them.

And the cost they just roughly speak is around 10 thousand THB. for first stuff.

Better get the cost at 10 set then you may ask other people interested.
I do not think he need 10K to do prototype as he got experience to do that one for Jazz.
I saw this kind on thind for toyota pickup, they got strut on both sides which is more safety. Think if anything go wrong and fall down to hit yourself??

Yeah, actually it 's be 2 of strut I request.
And I will call them again today for negotiation.

1. ต้องหาขาเหล็กที่ยึด โช๊คอัพก่อน แล้วมาลองทางบนบังโคลนหน้าและฝากระโปรงหน้า
2. แล้วหาโช๊คของประตูที่ ห้า ของตาตี่ หรือ โครโนสมาวัดระยะกับจุดยึด เพื่อให้เรารู้ว่า ฝากระโปรงจะเปิดสูงแค่ไหน สะดวกต่อการใช้งานจริงไหม
3. ถ้าทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์ ควรลองหาโครงหัวตัดมาทดสอบก่อน ป้องกันรถเราวิบัติ โดยคาดไม่ถึง
4. จากนั้นค่อยทำการยึดจริงบนรถ

ถ้าได้ขายึดของ jazz มาดูจะดีมาก คาดว่าหาโรงกลึงทำได้ไม่ยาก

ที่นี้เวลาเราปลดล๊อคฝากระโปรง แล้วยกมันขึ้นสึกครึ่งหนึ่ง มันก็จะเปิดเองจนสุด โดยไม่มีอะไรเกะกะ ทำใช้บรรดาช่างที่ทำรถให้เราหรือตัวเราเอง มีความสุขในการซ่อมรถของเรานั่นเอง

But I wonders about what he said...our front hood is not strong enough.
Is it possible if we close it too fast or too heavy, it will damage our front hood.
Like broken in the middle of it.
