ไฟเบรค ABS Cronos ติดตลอด เวลาขับควรทำอย่างไร และถ้าซ่อมค่าใช้จ่ายประมาณเท่าไหร่ รบกวนผู้รู้ด้วยครับ

ถอดล้อออกดูชุดเฟืองและเซนเซอร์ว่ามีสิ่งสกปรกไหมทำความสะอาดดูก่อน นี่อย่าง่ายนะถ้าไม่หายเข้าอู่

แค่สายไฟที่แถวๆล้อ มันหลุดก็ติดแล้วครับ ลองไล่เช็คๆพวกสายดูก่อน

ค้นหากระทู้เก่าที่เคยตอบ มีวิธีเช็ค code ด้วยครับ ทำเองได้ ไม่เสียตังส์

ปัญหาส่วนใหญ่ที่เคยเจอ เซนเซอร์ ABS ตรงดุมล้อ ข้าง ๆ ดิสค์เบรค มีปัญหา เคลื่อน เลื่อน หลุด หล่น หรือสายขาด
อาการแรก ๆ ช่วงที่ไฟจะเริ่มติด ABS จะทำงานเพี้ยน ๆ เหยียบเบรคนิดหน่อย ABS ก็จะทำงานกึก ๆ ๆ

แก้ปัญหาได้เองไม่ยาก จะขึ้นฮ้อย หรือยกล้อ ถอดล้อดู (ก็ไม่ง่ายนะ ฮา) ดูตำแหน่ง เซนเซอร์ที่ว่า ปรับขยับให้เข้าที่ แล้วไปเช็ค Error Code ของ ABS ด้วยการเปิดฝาโปรง เปิดกล่อง diagnosis เอาสายไฟ หรือลวด หรือเข็ม ฯลฯ ตามสะดวก จิ้มที่ขา TBS กับ GND ให้ต่อถึงกัน แล้วไปบิดกุญแจ ON ไฟแดง อ่าน code ที่ไฟ ABS กระพริบดูว่ามันกระพริบกี่ครั้ง โดยกระพริบยาวกี่ครั้ง สั้นกี่ครั้ง นับแล้วจดไว้ดูครับ Code ที่อ่านได้ ยาวคือเลขหลักแรก สั้นคือเลขหลักหลัง
เช่นอ่านไฟกระพริบได้ ยาว สั้น สั้น ยาว สั้น สั้น สั้น ยาว สั้น สั้น ยาว ... วนไปเรื่อย ๆ Code ที่ได้คือ 12 และ 13 แล้วดูตามนี้ครับ

วิธีการรีเซต หลังจากนับไฟกระพริบจนหนำใจ ได้ครบทุกจังหวะแล้ว ให้เหยียบเบรคและปล่อยเบรค (เหยียบพอประมาณให้ไฟเบรคติดก็พอ เว้นช่วงแต่ละครั้งซัก 1 วิ) ทำซ้ำ 10 ครั้ง จะได้ยินเสียงรีเลย์ของ ABS ดังต๊อกแต๊ก เป็นอันเรียบร้อย บิดกุญแจ OFF และบิดกุญแจ ON ดูไฟ ABS กระพริบไหม ถ้าติดค้างซักแป๊บ แล้วหายไปเลย ไม่กระพริบขึ้นมาอีก เป็นอันเสร็จพิธี บิดกุญแจ OFF ถอดสาย TBS-GND ปิดกล่อง diagnosis ปิดโปรง เอารถออกไปลองเบรคได้เลย

ผมมีปัญหาที่กล่องผมมันไม่มีการบอกตำแหน่งต่างๆๆเลยครับ
เพราะผมเปลี่ยนเครื่องมาเป็น FS-DE มันมีช่องให้จิ้มเหมือนกัน แต่ที่ฝาไม่มีบอกว่าเป็นตำแหน่งไหน

วันนี้เอารถISUZU ไปเปี่ยนยางลูกหมากที่ศูนย์แต่หลังเปลี่ยนไฟเบรค ABSขึ้นแดงตลอด ไม่ทราบว่ามีปัญหาอะไร เป็นอันตรายมากไหม และจะแก้ไขอย่างไรดี รบกวนท่านผู้รู้ตอบคำถามและให้คำแนะนำด้วยนะคะ ขอบคุณค่ะ
